In preparation for the Annual Parochial Church Meeting on Monday April 21st 2008. the Electoral Roll will close on Sunday March 23rd 2008, in order to check for amendments and errors.

If you are not currently on the Electoral Roll and you would like to be, then fill in a form and return it either to the priest-in-charge or the churchwardens by Saturday March 22nd at the latest.

As usual, St James, Taxal is open for refreshments on Easter Monday.

The church is open from 1-4 pm, with an Easter Egg Hunt for children of all ages from 2 -3pm.

Mothering Sunday is one of the Sundays in the year when lots of extra people join us in church.

This year’s services are:

8.00am Holy Communion - St James, Taxal

10.30am Parish Worship for Mothering Sunday - Holy Trinity, Fernilee

6.30pm Evensong - St James, Taxal

As usual, flowers will be available at the 10.30am service for people to take to their mothers or to pass on to other people. Please do join us if you can.
